The role focuses on high-quality service, collaboration with internal teams, and meeting performance targets in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be fluent in French and eligible to work in the EU or hold Portuguese residency.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2)
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency
• 0–1 year in customer support or related role
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Eager to learn, adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional and high-quality customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and account-related requests accurately within defined service standards.
• Offer clear information, practical guidance, and effective solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions, actions taken, and resolutions accurately in internal support systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the relevant teams per company procedures.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and within timelines.
• Achieve established quality, productivity, and response-time targets while maintaining service standards.
• Stay informed about products, services, policies, and procedures through training and development.
