Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a French Customer Care Advisor to join our energetic team. You’ll deliver support across phone, chat, email, and social media, while helping customers with accounts and technical issues.

The ideal candidate speaks French at C2 level, has 0–1 year in customer support, and is eager to learn. This onsite role offers a €2000 welcome bonus and relocation support.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C2 level).
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card.
• 0-1 year experience in customer support.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding support across phone, chat, email, and social media
• Assist customers with account setup, verification, logins, financial transactions, and technical issues
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and with care
• Build strong customer relationships through clear and effective communication
