CloserHire is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a Car Rental Services project in Porto. You will handle inquiries and reservations across channels, guiding customers through the rental journey with a focus on satisfaction.

The role is full-time on-site in Porto, with relocation support and an international environment to build customer service and sales skills. Fluency in French and good English are required.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (C1-C2) with good English skills.
• 1+ year of experience in Contact Centre or Customer Service.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Good digital and technical skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and suggest additional services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and messaging channels.
• Assist customers with car rental reservations, products, and related services.
• Support customers before, during, and after rental, including invoices and rental agreements.
• Identify customer needs and recommend additional services when relevant.
• Deliver personalized and solution-oriented service while maintaining satisfaction.
• Handle support in both French and English as needed.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an excellent customer journey.
