CloserHire is partnering with a leading global car rental brand to recruit French-speaking Customer Support Specialists in Porto, Portugal. You will assist customers throughout the rental journey, handle reservations, inquiries, and post-rental concerns while delivering professional service.

You will work on-site in Porto, with Monday–Friday shifts (07:00–18:00) and weekends off. The package includes relocation coverage, a €1,000 monthly salary paid across 14 salaries, a signing bonus of €2,000,

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and messaging channels.
• Assist customers with car rental reservations, products, and related services.
• Support customers before, during, and after rental, including invoices, damages, and rental agreements.
• Identify customer needs and recommend additional services when relevant.
• Deliver personalized and solution-oriented service with high satisfaction.
• Handle support in French and English as needed.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently with professionalism and empathy.
