CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit French-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a Car Rental Services project in Porto. You will support customers before, during, and after rental, handling reservations, inquiries and post-rental concerns with professionalism.

The role requires native or fluent French with C1–C2, plus English. On-site, full-time in Porto, with 14 salaries per year and paid training as part of relocation benefits.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in French.
• French proficiency at C1–C2 with good English.
• 1+ year of experience in contact centre or customer service.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Good digital and technical skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and suggest additional services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and messaging channels.
• Assist customers with car rental reservations, products, and related services.
• Support customers before rental, during rental, and after rental, including inquiries related to invoices, damages, and rental agreements.
• Identify customer needs and recommend additional services when relevant.
• Deliver personalized and solution-oriented customer service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Handle support in both French and English, depending on customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams to ensure an excellent customer journey.
