CloserHire is recruiting a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a car rental project in Porto, Portugal. You will handle reservations, inquiries, and post-rental concerns, delivering professional service in French and English.

The role is full-time on-site in Porto with relocations support. Salary is structured as 14 monthly payments (€1,000 each). Training and onboarding are provided, with opportunities for growth in an international environment.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent French (C1–C2).
• Good level of English.
• 1+ year in contact centre or customer service.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Good digital and technical skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and upsell services.
• Proactive, customer-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and messaging.
• Assist customers with car rental reservations and related services.
• Support before, during, and after rental, incl. invoices and agreements.
• Identify customer needs and upsell when relevant.
• Deliver personalized service with high customer satisfaction.
• Handle support in French and English as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure excellent journey.
