Your role

• Answer customer calls about orders, tracking, and delivery updates
• Assist with shipping queries, delays, and product availability
• Handle requests for order modifications, cancellations, returns, and exchanges
• Address customer complaints and find suitable solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to follow up on customer requests

What we offer

• On-site work in Braga
• Working hours from Monday to Saturday, between 08:00 and 18:00
• Sundays and one rotating day off per week

What we're looking for

• C1/C2 level in French
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic, customer-oriented, and collaborative attitude
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Currently residing in Portugal
• EU citizenship or valid authorization to work in Portugal
