Atlean World is seeking a Customer Support Advisor to be the first contact for customers and a vital brand ambassador. You will support after-sales processes, including online orders and refunds, and manage complaints as needed.

Answer inquiries and address doubts while promoting suggestive selling and cross-selling where appropriate. The role offers relocation assistance to Lisbon or Porto, private health insurance, meal vouchers, and a monthly bonus.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and strong English is required.
• Experience in a contact center is required.
• Customer service oriented mindset is essential.
• Able to work well in a team or independently.
• Interest or experience in beauty products is a plus.

As a Customer Support Advisor for a premier beauty and cosmetics retailer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and a vital brand ambassador. Support the after-sales process, including online orders and refunds. Manage and expedite complaints as needed. Answer customer inquiries and address any doubts. • Assist viewers through phone, chat and emails.
