About The Role

Join a premier beauty and cosmetics retailer as a bilingual Customer Service professional. You will serve as the first point of contact and a vital brand ambassador, delivering excellent support while managing after-sales processes and identifying opportunities for suggestive and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for customers.

• Manage and elevate customer complaints as needed.

Requirements

• Fluent / native-level proficiency in French.
