Deblock in Porto is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to help our European customers via chat and email. You’ll troubleshoot questions about accounts, payments, and general inquiries, while following internal procedures to protect customers and ensure compliance.

Join a fast-growing fintech team, collaborate to improve processes, and contribute to a knowledge base with clear, actionable documentation. The role requires shift flexibility, including weekends.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer support or contact center.
• Able to follow procedures and ensure compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Knowledge of fintech or payments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate support to customers through chat and email.
• Troubleshoot product questions, account issues, payments, and general inquiries.
• Follow internal procedures to ensure compliance, safety, and customer protection.
• Escalate cases when needed to FinCrime, Tech, or Product teams.
• Work in rotating shifts, including occasional weekends, to support our European customer base.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and customer experience.
• Maintain clear documentation and contribute to a continuously improving knowledge base.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally, helping shape future improvements.
