Deblock is seeking a Junior FinCrime Analyst to join its pioneering fintech team in Porto. You will review and investigate fraud cases, escalating unusual activity and helping protect customers while ensuring compliant operations.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, applying written policies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient support, work various shifts, and grow with a dynamic, security‑focused company.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in Customer Support or FinCrime role is valued.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

• This is a junior position in our first line of defence
• Reviewing, investigating, and making decisions on the outcome of fraud cases
• Escalating unusual activity to internal experts
• Acting in accordance with the written policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines
• Cooperating with other teams in providing efficient support and seeking to maintain customer satisfaction and desired outcomes with impeccable execution

• Previous experience in Customer Support or FinCrime role is valued
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Fluency in English, spoken and written.
• Familiarity with fintech and cryptocurrency concepts and trends is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Comfortable working in rotational 8h shifts, 5 days a week, 24/7/365
