Jobgether is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for our partner fintech in a fully remote role based in Portugal. You will assist users and merchants with crypto-wallet and card payment products, resolving issues across payment flows and escalating when needed.

The role requires strong English written communication, analytical mindset, and comfort with night shifts. Ukrainian and Russian language skills are a plus, with opportunities to contribute to knowledge bases and work with global teams.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer support in fintech/crypto/SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of payment systems and transaction flows.
• Excellent written English communication in all customer interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer support tickets end-to-end with proper resolution or escalation.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
• Monitor merchant-related queries and payment-related operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical, operational, and product issues.
• Maintain and improve internal knowledge base and support documentation.
• Ensure accurate case tracking through ticketing systems.
• Communicate professionally with customers in written English.
