Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Junior Finnish-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. This on-site role offers an international environment and an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills in a dynamic company.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Finnish, document interactions, and escalate complex issues as needed. No prior experience required, but strong communication and a customer-focused mindset are

Qualificações

• Fluent Finnish (C1) required.
• Good English (B2 or higher).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
• Assist customers with inquiries, account-related questions, and service issues.
• Troubleshoot basic technical and product-related concerns.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
