Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our growing team onsite. This junior role offers hands-on training, international exposure, and a clear path to develop customer service skills in a multicultural environment.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues, and document interactions while collaborating with internal teams to improve the customer experience.

Qualificações

• Native-level or fluent Finnish language skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and accurately.
