GET JOB LTD in Lisbon seeks a Finnish Customer Support agent to assist customers with login and navigation issues in our Call Center / Help Desk.

Responsibilities include listening to customers, resolving login/navigation problems, and escalating when needed. Rotational shifts from 8am to 12am, Monday to Sunday. The role offers exposure to international customers and a fast-paced team, with opportunities for growth and language use.

Qualificações

• Finnish native or near-native language required.
• English at C1 level or higher.
• Availability to work rotating shifts as described.

Responsabilidades

• Listen to customers’ doubts and concerns and provide accurate and helpful answers.
• Resolve all problems related to logging in or navigating the platform.
• Escalate issues to other departments if they are beyond your scope.
• Work in rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 12 am.
