Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Customer Service professional to join our growing team. You’ll be the voice customers hear when they need help, with tone and follow-through as important as the answer itself.

Day-to-day you’ll follow up on open cases, flag recurring issues, stay calm and clear with customers, and respond to questions across phone, chat, and email. We require EU work eligibility and the ability to work on site in Portugal; strong English and Italian language

Qualificações

• Eligible to work in the EU.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role.
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship.
• Solid working English alongside Italian.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit.
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source.
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated.
