Job summary

Transcom in Porto, Portugal, is looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team and support the Finnish market. You will handle B2B and B2C inquiries across multiple channels and products, delivering timely, empathetic assistance to customers.

Fluency in Finnish (C1) and English (B2) is required, along with strong computer skills. You must be willing to work 5 days a week in a rotating 24/7 schedule; training and ongoing development are provided within our

• C1 or native proficiency in written and spoken Finnish.
• B2 level or higher in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work 5 days per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide B2B and B2C customer support through multiple channels.
• Primarily resolve inquiries via inbound calls.
• Perform backoffice tasks, including responding to emails and chats, using internal applications.
• Support multiple products across multiple markets.
