CBRE Portugal is seeking a Field Technical Support (FTS) Engineer to join the Digital & Technology team. The role focuses on deskside and end-user technology support for employees across offices in Lisbon and Porto.

The FTS Engineer will be the first contact for IT Service Desk incidents and requests, providing day-to-day technical support and working with the wider EMEA D&T team on testing and rollout of new solutions.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of Field/Deskside Support experience
• Strong knowledge of desktop deployments and peripherals
• Experience with Windows 11 environments
• Experience troubleshooting software/hardware issues
• Experience supporting mobile devices (iPads/iPhones/Android) and printers
• Experience with meeting room AV setups and events
• Exposure to Active Directory and basic networking
• Portuguese/English/Spanish language skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide deskside and end-user technology support to colleagues
• Resolve day-to-day IT issues to minimize business disruption
• Manage tickets and communicate status to end users
• Recommend hardware and software improvements
• Assist with printers, AV equipment, and meeting room setups
• Collaborate with the EMEA D&T team on testing and rollout of new solutions
