Qualificações

• 2+ years of IT field support or service desk experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and basic macOS.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote IT support ensuring operational continuity.
• Deliver first-line technical support and perform hardware interventions.
• Manage incidents through ITSM tools and ensure asset lifecycle management.

Conhecimentos

IT field support experience

Windows 10/11 knowledge

Microsoft 365 experience

ServiceNow (ITSM) skills

TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP troubleshooting

Active Directory experience
