You will design and map journeys for passengers and staff, facilitate workshops, conduct research, and translate insights into practical solutions, while aligning with product, engineering and operations teams.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in service and UX design.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Familiar with journey mapping and design thinking.
