Air Apps, a Lisbon-born, global AI-driven app developer, is seeking a Product Designer to craft intuitive experiences across iOS, Android, and web. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to translate complex requirements into elegant, user-centered designs.

You’ll own the end-to-end design process, contribute to design systems, and mentor others in a fast-paced, onsite environment in Lisbon, with relocation support available.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory, with an eye for detail and usability.
• Familiarity with native mobile design patterns (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Android Material Design) and responsive web design.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying feedback to improve designs.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to deeply understand user needs and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries for iOS, Android, and web interfaces with platform-specific patterns.
• Own the design process from concept to final visual design, ensuring pixel-perfect, responsive experiences across devices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to shape strategy and with Engineers to ensure feasible handoffs of assets and specs.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, A/B testing results, and analytics to boost satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Advocate for UX best practices and contribute to design process improvements and team culture.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, inclusive design environment.
