A portfolio is required, and we look for 5–6 years of proven UX/Product design experience, including SaaS or enterprise software, with strong cross-functional collaboration.

We're looking for a Senior UX/Product Designer to help us scale our impact, elevate our design standards, and deliver better experiences to our users.

What We're Looking For Experience & Background Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Media Informatics, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Product Design, or a related field. At least

5-6 years of proven experience

in UX Design or Product Design. Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of UX design decisions and measurable impact on digital products. Experience designing

SaaS products, enterprise software, internal tools, dashboards, data-intensive applications or other complex professional-use software. Experience working throughout the full product lifecycle, from research and discovery through implementation and continuous improvement. Experience working closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams.

User Research & UX Methodology Demonstrated expertise in both

qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies. Strong understanding of usability testing, user interviews, surveys, behavioural analysis, synthesis and insight generation. Proven ability to transform research findings into actionable design decisions. Deep understanding of user-centred design, interaction design, information architecture and design thinking methodologies.

Design Skills Strong expertise in interaction design and complex workflow design. Experience creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps and low-to-high fidelity prototypes. Experience designing responsive web applications and software products. Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design best practices. Strong experience with Figma and Design Systems.

Additional Advantages The following are considered strong pluses: Experience in Banking, Financial Services or FinTech environments. Experience designing products involving complex operational workflows or large datasets. Background in Psychology, Cognitive Science or behavioural sciences. Experience moderating workshops and facilitating stakeholder alignment sessions. Experience working in multilingual and international product environments. French language skills.
