Amadeus is seeking an Experience Designer to help create seamless travel experiences across the travel ecosystem. You will collaborate with airports, airlines, and partners to simplify complex processes, improve satisfaction, and deliver measurable improvements.

You’ll lead projects from discovery to implementation, design journeys for passengers and staff across physical and digital touchpoints, and plan workshops that bring together customers and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in service design, UX design, customer experience, or related fields.
• Experience managing projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of journey mapping, human-centered design, and design thinking principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects from discovery to implementation that enhance customer and staff experiences.
• Design and improve journeys for passengers and staff across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Conduct research and observations to uncover opportunities and translate findings into practical solutions.
• Create clear experience strategies, service blueprints, and journey maps.
• Use data and feedback to guide decisions and measure improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to integrate user-focused design.
• Provide guidance and share best practices in service design and user experience.
