Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Create new dishes and refine existing recipes to appeal to our guests' tastes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
