The ideal candidate has proven experience in fine dining, a culinary degree or equivalent certification, and a passion for using fresh, local ingredients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, sanitation standards, and menu development.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Passion for creating delicious dishes using fresh, local ingredients.
