India Abroad Publications Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Chef in Funchal, Madeira to oversee all kitchen operations and lead the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

You will craft seasonal menus using local ingredients, manage cost controls, train staff, and ensure every dish meets our standards for quality and presentation. The role requires flexibility, leadership, and a hands-on approach in a high-volume setting.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and menu development.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Must be eligible to work in Funchal without sponsorship.

We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Funchal, Madeira. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and leading our culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
