Executive Chef role at our luxury resort in Funchal, Portugal, overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and food operations with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving culinary innovation.

You will create menus reflecting local cuisine and seasonal ingredients, supervise kitchen staff, manage inventory, ensure health and safety compliance, and coordinate with other departments for special events and themed dinners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a team.
• Creative flair and deep knowledge of diverse cooking techniques.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain menus reflecting local cuisine and seasonal ingredients.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking and presentation to meet quality standards.
• Manage inventory and ordering to ensure freshness and availability.
