Ecojob in Funchal, Madeira seeks an Executive Chef Assistant to support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and ensure top-quality dishes. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen and learning from an experienced chef.

Key tasks include menu support, food preparation oversight, safety compliance, inventory management, and staff supervision in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred, but not required.
• Passion for cooking and creating high-quality dishes.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Willingness to learn from an experienced Executive Chef.
• Ability to legally work in Portugal with visa sponsorship if needed.

Responsabilidades
