BYD Iberia in Lisbon is seeking an IT Operation and Maintenance Engineer to ensure stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of IT systems. You will bridge business needs with technical solutions to enable smooth operations across the organization.

You will collect and analyze requirements, collaborate with EU IT and HQ IT, develop local documentation, and support regulatory compliance with the Legal Department. Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential, with Chinese as a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with independent decision-making.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for collaboration and execution.
• Highly structured and goal-oriented, delivering results efficiently.
• Proactive and curious mindset, exploring innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
• Native or professional proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and analyze business and users' requirements, identify bottlenecks and advise improvement for the system of business process.
• Communicate with local business internal / external stakeholders on system Q&A, providing training to key users.
• Cooperating with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry out the planning, implementation, upgrading, optimization and transformation of the IT Systems
• Develop and maintain local technical documentation and procedures; perform the technical evaluations and periodic exercises and new release tests.
• Understanding of the legal requirements with IT system and communicate with the Legal Department.
