Your role

As part of the newly established Global Business Services (GBS) organization, structured into three pillars – Operations, Global Process Ownership, and Strategy & Performance Management – you will play a key role in shaping the future of GBS. As a Warranty Claim Handling professional, you will help drive compliance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to an excellent customer experience in a dynamic, international environment.

By managing warranty claims, supporting process improvements, and collaborating with international stakeholders, you will help strengthen our service quality and enhance the overall customer experience worldwide.

What you will do

• Process warranty claims for commercial vehicles.
• Interact directly with after-sales partners, including workshops from around the world, to resolve warranty-related topics and recurring issues.
• Decide on claim resolutions and mitigation measures in accordance with guidelines, legal requirements, and contractual conditions.
• Collaborate with system experts to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Participate in projects related to process optimisation and system enhancements.

What makes you a great fit

• Apprenticeship as a car mechanic/car mechatronic technician or a degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of commercial vehicle technology, workshop operations, or repair processes.
• Very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• German language skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
