Job summary

You will collaborate with international after-sales partners and internal system experts to drive improvements in process and automation.

Qualifications

Apprenticeship or degree in automotive field.
Knowledge of commercial vehicle technology and repair processes.
Strong MS Office/Excel skills; fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

Process warranty claims for commercial vehicles.
Interact with after-sales partners to resolve warranty topics.
Decide claim resolutions per guidelines, legal requirements, and contractual terms.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation with system experts.
Participate in projects related to process optimisation and system enhancements.
