Job summary

Higgsfield AI is seeking a GTM Account Executive for Europe to source and close the first European deals, collaborating with our Almaty GTM team and US Enterprise team. You will be the first dedicated seller for Europe, turning agencies, brands, production companies and media groups into Higgsfield customers.

Qualifications

• Revenue track record: demonstrable history of multi-million dollar revenue targets.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales and/or account management with measurable results.
• Experience selling to advertising agencies, brand marketing organisations, or media/entertainment in two European markets.
• Existing network of senior buyers in European agencies, brands or media groups.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken; a second major European language is a strong plus.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Strong analytical skills using sales data for decision-making.
• Ability to work in a high-growth startup.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end sales execution: identify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with European agencies and B2B partners.
• Open the market: build a named-account plan for Europe and drive it across agencies, brands, producers, broadcasters and streamers.
• Convert platform demand: turn European creators, teams and agencies on Higgsfield into team and enterprise accounts.
• Account management: own relationships post-sale, ensuring adoption, expansion, and long-term success.
• Partner routes to market: identify and activate European agencies, production studios and resellers that bring us customers.
• Customer success: act as the voice of the European customer internally, feeding feedback to product and engineering.
• Processes at scale: build the repeatable playbook that future European hires will follow.
