Jobgether is seeking a GTM Manager Outbound in Portugal to build and scale an AI-powered outbound engine. You will research targets, craft personalized multi-channel outreach, and hand qualified meetings to Account Executives. A data-driven, autonomous approach is essential, with collaboration across GTM leadership to hit revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in B2B SaaS outbound sales, preferably SDR/BDR.
• Proven track record generating qualified sales pipeline.
• Experience using AI-powered workflows for outreach and reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot.
• Strong copywriting for personalized outreach.
• Data-driven approach to measure campaigns and optimize results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and build new processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize an AI-powered outbound sales engine with automation.
• Identify high-value target accounts based on ICP and opportunities.
• Engage decision-makers via calls, LinkedIn, video, and events.
• Develop compelling cold outreach messages and strategies.
• Qualify inbound/outbound meetings and hand over to AEs.
• Provide account executives with detailed prospect insights.
• Experiment with new approaches weekly and document results.
• Monitor outbound performance and pipeline value.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership on targets and processes.
• Own repeatable outbound workflows and best practices.
• Support a sustainability-driven mission and growth.
