Job summary

Valis is seeking a GTM Principal to own a market—industry, region or founder community—and to manage warm and new conversations, demos, and negotiations with C-suite executives. You will sell AI-driven changes that transform how companies operate, and align with deployment leads for delivery.

You will maintain CEO-level advisory relationships after signature, turning platform insights into expansion opportunities across new automations and use cases in a hybrid on-site/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle closing of complex six-figure deals from first conversation to signature.
• Proven ability to create demand rather than merely respond to buyer interest.
• Advisory presence with CEO-level clients and ongoing relationships.
• Experience in selling AI platforms or enterprise systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a market segment or industry and establish a warm and then new conversations.
• Run the first meeting and the product demo, addressing architecture, data and security.
• Lead the deal through offer, negotiation and contract, with deployment support.
• Advise the CEO post go-live and drive expansion and renewal.
