Job summary

Dandy is hiring a Business Systems Lead to own Salesforce and the GTM tech stack for Europe, designing scalable solutions to boost pipeline, productivity, and contract velocity. You’ll triage requests, push back on non-priority items, and ensure data quality across regions.

As a hands-on builder, you’ll partner with Revenue Operations and global GTM teams to expand into new markets, shaping AI-driven automation while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and clear, actionable requirements.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years in Business Systems, CRM Operations or RevOps systems
• Deep Salesforce experience with end-to-end configuration
• Experience administering GTM application stack
• AI fluency and experience building AI-powered automations

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary GTM Systems partner for Revenue Operations and Europe
• Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions to improve pipeline and quote-to-contract speed
• Prioritize requests and balance system changes with process improvements
• Maintain healthy Salesforce org and data quality
• Identify opportunities for AI-enhanced GTM workflows
• Collaborate on cross-regional initiatives and global expansion
