Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Sales Agent for outbound sales. The role is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with 8-hour workdays and a 1-hour lunch break.

Fluent English required, verbal and written, and you will conduct outbound calls, manage leads in a CRM, and drive sign-ups and onboarding. You will engage prospects, apply digital marketing know-how to support sales, and aim to exceed targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of outbound sales and digital marketing.
• Proven sales experience with a strong track record.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline using a CRM.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and digital media.
• Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
