Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring an English-speaking outbound sales specialist in Lisbon to represent our services to companies across several markets. You will research prospects, make outbound calls, follow up on proposals and handle questions from potential clients.

This is a people-focused, target-driven role. You’ll maintain notes, manage a disciplined pipeline, and receive coaching from experienced managers.

Qualifications

• Must have English at C1 level or higher.
• At least 1 year of B2B or outbound sales experience.
• Right to work in Portugal (EU citizenship, residence card/permit, or refugee status).

Responsibilities

• Research prospects and build a target list.
• Make outbound calls and follow up on proposals.
• Handle questions from potential clients and maintain notes for pipeline management.
