Yuno is building payment infrastructure across Europe, enabling brands to access a global market with a single API. You will own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, engaging C-level decision-makers and tailoring Yuno’s value proposition to complex client needs.

As part of a high-velocity, remote Europe-wide team, you’ll focus on outbound growth, strategic partnerships, and fast-moving opportunities in e-commerce, iGaming or SaaS sectors, shaping your own playbook and roadmap.

Qualifikationen

• English fluency is mandatory.
• Fluency in other languages is an advantage
• Proven experience in enterprise sales or business development
• Proven track record selling to enterprise clients with complex multi-stakeholder environments and long sales cycles
• Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations
• Demonstrable startup and/or scale-up experience - you must be comfortable operating without structure and building your own pipeline
• Strong consultative selling skills: able to navigate complex organizations and position Yuno strategically
• Self-motivated and results-driven - this is not a role where leads are handed to you
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tooling

Aufgaben

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with enterprise clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, events, referrals, and strategic networking across key European markets.
• Engage C-level and senior decision-makers at enterprise merchants, conducting discovery and tailoring Yuno's value proposition.
• Develop deep knowledge of target verticals with global operations, including e-commerce, iGaming, travel, mobility, and SaaS.
• Collaborate with Customer Account Managers and Solutions Engineers to deliver compelling proposals and ensure a smooth handoff to implementation.
• Build and maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM with full visibility into deal stages and forecasting.
• Stay ahead of trends in payments and fintech to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Operate with a founder mentality—build your own playbook, not follow a preset one.
