Job summary

Yuno is hiring a Financial Services Growth Manager to lead a portfolio of European partners, such as acquirers, banks, and APMs, turning relationships into revenue. This is a remote, full-time role in Europe with a focus on pipeline generation, co-selling, and commercial expansion.

You will own partner relationships, drive joint campaigns, and negotiate terms while collaborating with Product, Legal, and Commercial teams to accelerate deals across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles within the payments, fintech, or financial services industry.
• Evidence of carrying and hitting a commercial number in a partnership or BD context: pipeline sourced, deals closed, or revenue share delivered.
• Bring the figures.
• Experience selling to payment providers or banks, not only through them.
• Demonstrated track record of independently managing strategic partner relationships with acquirers, payment processors, APMs, banks, or fraud solution providers - including commercial negotiations with senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Deep experience in the European payments market is required, including familiarity with the local acquiring landscape, and industry standards (e.g., ABECS norms).
• Strong understanding of the payments value chain, including acquiring, issuing, scheme networks, and alternative payment methods.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy in ambiguity: identify opportunities, structure the approach, and convert into signed deals with minimal supervision.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationships with a defined portfolio of European partners and act as their primary commercial point of contact.
• Source qualified leads through the partner network and run joint pipeline sessions with partner sales teams.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities where the partner is the buyer and advance deals end-to-end.
• Feed market and product insights back to inform the European roadmap and participate in industry events.
