Yuno is building the payments infrastructure to enable global market participation for brands across Europe. The role focuses on owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with enterprise clients, engaging C-level decision-makers, and tailoring Yuno's offerings to each client.

You will navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments and operate with a founder mentality while building your own playbook.

Qualifications

• English fluency is mandatory.
• Fluency in other languages is an advantage.
• Proven experience in enterprise sales or business development.
• Proven track record selling to enterprise clients with complex multi-stakeholder environments and long sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations.
• Demonstrable startup and/or scale-up experience - comfortable operating without structure and building your own pipeline.
• Strong consultative selling skills: navigate complex organizations and position Yuno strategically.
• Self-motivated and results-driven - not a role where leads are handed to you.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in enterprise deals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key European markets.
• Engage C-level and senior decision-makers with consultative discovery.
• Develop deep knowledge of target verticals (e-commerce, iGaming, travel, mobility, SaaS).
• Collaborate with Customer Account Managers and Solutions Engineers for proposals and handoffs.
• Build and maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM and forecast visibility.
• Stay ahead of payments/fintech trends to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Operate with a founder mentality and build your own playbook.
