Job summary

Yuno is expanding its Europe team and seeks a Financial Services Growth Manager to own a portfolio of strategic partners—acquirers, APMs, banks, and fraud & risk providers—and turn relationships into revenue. You will source qualified merchant pipeline, co-sell with partners, run joint pipelines, negotiate commercial terms, and expand partnerships across Europe to drive growth and mutual success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles within the payments/fintech/financial services industry.
• Evidence of carrying and hitting a commercial number in a partnership or BD context: pipeline sourced, deals closed, or revenue share delivered.
• Experience selling to payment providers or banks, not only through them.
• Demonstrated track record of independently managing strategic partner relationships (acquirers, payment processors, APMs, banks, or fraud solution providers) with senior stakeholders.
• Deep experience in the European payments market, familiar with local acquiring landscape and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationships with a defined portfolio of European partners and act as their primary commercial point of contact.
• Build and maintain joint account plans with each strategic partner: target lists, opportunities, cadence.
• Track portfolio health on commercial terms and act where results lag.
• Lead generation and co-selling: source qualified leads through partner networks and merchant bases.
• Run joint pipeline sessions with partner sales teams to surface merchants and close deals together.
• Build referral and co-sell rails with partners and define incentive structures.
• Design and execute joint go-to-market campaigns and account-based initiatives.
• Collaborate with Yuno sales to convert partner-sourced leads and manage the end-to-end cycle.
• Upsell Yuno to partners: identify opportunities where partners become buyers (banks, wallets, fintechs).
• Negotiate agreements, revenue share, and terms with legal and finance.
• Expand partnerships beyond original scope; explore new markets and products.
• Provide market intelligence to Product and other teams; support industry events and pipeline generation.
• Run quarterly business reviews and joint planning for pipeline and revenue commitments.
