Qualifications

• Exceptional spoken and written English (C1 minimum).
• Empathetic, helpful and a strong team player.
• Fast learner, comfortable with digital tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon.
• Previous customer support, sales or BPO experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support SMB clients via chat, email and phone.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support.
• Assist clients with products and tools to improve their experience.
• Help expand the self-serve advertising client base.
• Handle sensitive information and de-escalate situations when needed.
