CBtalents in Lisbon is seeking an English-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team on-site in Lisbon. You will assist both consumers and business users with account, billing, and product questions, delivering a smooth customer experience.

The role requires working rotating day shifts from 07:00 to 22:00, Monday to Sunday, totaling 40 hours per week. You will handle inquiries across channels and help users get the most from the company’s products.
