CB Talents SP is hiring an English-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team supporting users of a leading AI platform. You will assist both consumers and business users with account, billing, product, and technical issues, delivering an excellent customer experience.

The role requires C1–C2 English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and availability for rotating day shifts between 07:00 and 22:00.

Qualificações

• English proficiency C1–C2 required.
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Helpdesk or Customer Success.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers via multiple channels (chat, email, phone).
• Assist with billing, account access, and product-related issues.
• Troubleshoot problems and guide users on the AI platform.
• Deliver clear and timely solutions while maintaining quality standards.
