Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an English Speaking Customer Support Advisor to assist users of an AI platform with account issues, billing questions and platform guidance. This on-site role requires flexibility for rotating day shifts including weekends.

Training lasts 15 days with a daily allowance; after training, candidates sign a 12-month contract. The base salary is €1,000 gross per month with allowances, totaling about €1,320.67 monthly, plus a possible €200 monthly bonus.

We are looking for an English Speaking Customer Support Advisor to support customers of an AI platform. Based in Lisbon, you will help individual and business users with account issues, billing queries and questions about using the platform.

Position details

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Work model: On site
• Schedule: Rotating day shifts between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday
• Working hours: 40 hours per week, with 8 hour shifts plus a 1 hour lunch break

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries across different support channels.
• Troubleshoot account access issues.
• Help with billing and invoicing questions.
• Guide customers through the platform and its features.
• Provide clear, timely responses and meet service quality targets.

What we are looking for

• English at C1 level or above, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using digital platforms and learning new software.
• Availability to work rotating day shifts, including weekends.

Experience in customer service, technical support or billing would be an advantage.

Salary and benefits

• Base salary: €1,000 gross per month.
• Holiday and Christmas allowances paid in monthly instalments: approximately €83.33 each.
• Meal allowance: €7 per working day, paid on a prepaid meal card.
• Total monthly package: approximately €1,320.67, based on 22 working days and including the allowances above.
• Monthly performance bonus of up to €200.
• 22 days of annual leave.

Training and contract

Training lasts 15 working days, with 8 hours per day. A training allowance of €18.56 per day is paid upon successful completion.

Successful candidates will then sign an employment contract with an expected duration of 12 months.
