Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Lisbon seeks an English-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist consumers and business users of a leading AI platform. You will resolve account, billing, product, and technical issues, delivering excellent service in an international team.

The role requires English C1–C2, 40-hour weeks, and on-site work in Lisbon. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth in a fast-growing tech environment.

Formación

• English proficiency C1–C2
• Experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Helpdesk or similar roles
• Comfortable with technology and digital platforms
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Available for rotating day shifts 07:00–22:00
• Based in Lisbon and legally authorised to work in Portugal

You will assist both consumers and business users of an advanced AI platform, helping them solve account, billing, product, and technical‑related issues while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Support customers via multiple channels
• Assist with billing, account access, and product‑related issues
• Troubleshoot problems and guide users on the platform
• Deliver clear and timely solutions while meeting quality standards

What We Are Looking For

• C1–C2 English
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Helpdesk, Customer Success, or similar
• Comfortable with technology and digital platforms
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Available for rotating day shifts between 07:00 and 22:00
• Based in Lisbon and legally authorized to work in Portugal

Salary & Benefits

• Total monthly gross package: approximately €1,320.67
• Variable performance bonus: up to €200/month
