About The Role

We are looking for an English-speaking Outbound Sales Representative in Porto to reach out to prospects across Europe, present our services and book qualified appointments. You will prepare for each call by researching the company and the person you are contacting, then open the conversation in a way that earns attention.

Your goal is to uncover the prospect's needs and arrange a meeting with the right colleague, so every call should move the opportunity forward or close it cleanly. You will track all activity in our CRM and review your numbers each week with your manager.

Requirements

• fluent English at C1 level or higher, which is the minimum for this role.
• You must have at least one year of professional sales experience, ideally in outbound prospecting, appointment setting or business development.
• You should be resilient, self-motivated and comfortable with a high volume of calls.
• Daytime shifts apply.
