Job summary

Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Lisbon is seeking an Inbound Sales Advisor to respond to enquiries from interested customers. You will quickly understand needs, qualify leads, and guide buyers through the decision process with honest, helpful advice.

You will identify upselling opportunities that benefit the customer and ensure every lead status is accurately recorded in our CRM. Rotating shifts are required, with performance-based bonuses and ongoing sales training offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• At least 1 year of professional sales experience.
• Experience in upselling or consultative selling is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable handling objections without pressure and closing deals.
• Rotating shifts apply.

About The Role

As an Inbound Sales Advisor in Lisbon, you will respond to enquiries from people who have already shown interest in our products and services. Your task is to understand what they need, qualify the lead quickly and guide them through their purchase decision with honest, helpful advice.

Many of these conversations begin with a simple question, so you will need to turn that into a clear recommendation and, where it fits, a completed sale. You will also identify upselling opportunities that genuinely benefit the customer, and you will record every lead status accurately in our CRM so that follow-up is never missed.

Requirements

• fluent English at C1 level or higher, which is the minimum for this role.


• You must have at least one year of professional sales experience, and experience in upselling or consultative selling is a strong advantage.


• You should be comfortable handling objections without pressure and proud of closing deals that customers feel good about.
