Job summary

TEKEVER is hiring a Recruiter to support identifying, attracting, and managing top engineering talent in a hybrid setup in Caldas da Rainha. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process and partner with People Business Partners to align on role requirements and hiring priorities.

The role requires strong sourcing, headhunting, and candidate engagement skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English. Expect a dynamic environment with a competitive salary package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Technical Recruitment is valued.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (C2 in both).

Location: Caldas da Rainha

Regime: Hybrid 2-3 days in office

Contract: 1 year contract

Mission:

As a Recruiter, you will support Tekever team in identifying, attracting, and managing top talent in the market, ensuring that TEKEVER continues to grow with a brilliant team.

What will be your responsibilities:

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify top engineering and technology talent across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, specialised platforms, referrals, communities, and direct outreach.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering positions, from sourcing and initial screening through to offer.
• Partner closely with People Business Partner and hiring teams to understand role requirements, technical skills, seniority, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of engineering talent, including both active candidates and passive talent.
• Engage and assess candidates, ensuring a strong understanding of their technical background, career motivations, experience, and potential fit with the role and TEKEVER.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to strengthening TEKEVER’s employer brand within the engineering and technology communities.

Profile and requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Technical Recruitment is highly valued.
• Demonstrated interest in, or experience recruiting, engineering and technology profiles.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Comfortable navigating technical environments and developing a solid understanding of engineering roles, technologies, and technical skill sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Resilient, proactive, curious, and results-oriented, with the persistence required to recruit highly competitive technical profiles.
• Comfortable using recruitment technology, sourcing tools, LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and productivity tools such as MS Office.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills (C2 level in both languages).
• Willing and available to work Hybrid regime in Caldas da Rainha.
