Kcs It in Lisbon is looking for an IT Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience, particularly in recruiting IT profiles. The role involves analyzing job requirements, sourcing candidates across various platforms, and conducting interviews. The work model is hybrid, combining office presence with remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English and Portuguese. Responsabilidades

• Analyze opportunity requirements with Business Managers.
• Prepare and place job announcements on multiple platforms.
• Analyze and select CVs.
• Conduct phone surveys when necessary.
• Source candidates aligned with job requirements.
• Perform and conduct interviews with candidates.
• Write and send interview reports to Business Managers.

The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor's degree or other academic degree in the areas of Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar;
• At least 2-3 years experience in Recruitment and Selection;
• Previous experience in recruiting IT profiles mandatory;
• Be a dynamic person with good communication skills;
• A team player with a spirit of collaboration;
• A person with a good working attitude and commitment;
• Be results-oriented;
• Fluent English and Portuguese required

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of opportunity requirements with Business Managers.
• Preparation and placement of announcements on multiple platforms.
• Analysis and selection of CV's.
• Phone surveys when necessary.
• Sourcing candidates aligned with the requirements of the opportunities, through several platforms and social networks.
• Performing and conducting interviews with candidates
• Writing and sending the interview report to the Business Managers.
